The conference witnessed wide participation from a large number of specialists in orthopedic and joint surgery from around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Libyan<\/strong> participation was represented by the <strong>President<\/strong> of the Association, Consultant Orthopedic and Joint Surgeon <strong>Dr. Saleh Abu Maharra,<\/strong> and a <strong>member of the Association\u2019s Advisory Committee, Dr. Ali Khalil.<\/strong> Both presented scientific papers on joint surgery in Libya and the successes achieved in this field. Their presentations were well received by the participants and were the subject of study and discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"810\" height=\"863\" src=\"https:\/\/ls-aas.org.ly\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-09-at-10.22.56-PM-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ls-aas.org.ly\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-09-at-10.22.56-PM-2.jpeg 810w, https:\/\/ls-aas.org.ly\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-09-at-10.22.56-PM-2-282x300.jpeg 282w, https:\/\/ls-aas.org.ly\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-09-at-10.22.56-PM-2-768x818.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the conference, the Libyan Association for Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery announced its Third Conference, scheduled to take place next December in the city of Tripoli.
