For his part, the Head of the Orthopedics Department at the Benghazi Medical Center, Dr. Mustafa Al-Fadhli, said, “Today, the second international course in arthroscopic knee surgery for physical therapy and rehabilitation is being held. This medical gathering includes local and international doctors.” Dr. Al-Fadhli added, “This course comes within the framework of our ongoing efforts to raise the efficiency of doctors and enhance their skills. The course also includes interactive lectures and workshops. Tomorrow, Saturday, there will be physical therapy sessions via Zoom with doctors from the United States and the Emirates, as well as local lecturers in physical therapy and rehabilitation.” Dr. Al-Fadhli continued, “Surgeries will be broadcast live from the operating rooms to the lecture hall. I hope this course will be beneficial to young doctors and fruitful for all.” Dr. Al-Fadhli concluded by saying, “Thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to organizing this session, from the medical center’s management, headed by Dr. Mohammed Madi, to the Minister of Health, Dr. Othman Abdul Jalil, who honored us with their presence.
